The V50E is rated for IP68 and IP 69 for dust and water resistance (in front of submersion and hot water jets), which is better than both S20 phones (they have only IP64, which is similar to V40E). The phone has been given a SGS five star rating for drop resistance (it has survived 42,000 drop tests that imitate all types of views).

We mentioned that Vivo has the same design of V50E S20, however, the hardware is not the same. With the benchmark we already know that the chipset will be different and we have noticed the high IP rating. There may be other changes, we will find out soon.
