Earlier this year, Vivo unveiled the Vivo V50 Light 5G. It came a few days after the V50 Lite 4G. Now the company is introducing the next pay general and it starts with the 5G model this time. Meet Vivo V60 Lite 5G.

One of the key upgrades is the new old dementia 7360-turbo chipset. This chip was announced only by MediaTek, but it is essentially the same as the Dimense ENSE 7300 – we compared the official speck sheet and saw no change. It is a 4x Cortex-A78 (2.5GHz) and 4x A55 CPU Core, plus Mali-G 615 mc2 GPU and 4 NM chip with 655 NPU. And note that this is a turbo variant of 7360 … whatever it means. This is a significant improvement on 6300 inside the V50 light, keeping the jokes aside.

There are also other updates -6.77 “OLED displays now have 10-bit colors and HDR 10+ (Netflix and Prime video have been tested). This is a 1080P+ display with 120 Hz refresh rate.

Vivo managed to slim down the phone below 0.2 mm, so V60 lights now measure 7.59 mm thick. The good news is that it maintains the same battery capacity, 6,500 mAh and the same 90 W fast charging. According to Vivo’s test, the full -charged battery lets you play PUBG for 12 hours or keep an eye on 27 hours of YouTube. And the fast charge system is so good that almost dead phone (1% battery) can charge for 10 minutes and is enough interest to continue to watch YouTube for 6.6 hours.
The company ranks V60 Lite as something of a gaming phone. It has bypass charging (which reduces heat and extends battery life) and a utility that allows you to choose between battery saver and performance modes, in addition to controlling you with refreshing rates.

The 50MP IMX 882 (1/1.95 “) sensor and 8MP 120 ° Ultra-wide camera is similar to joining the AI soft ring Vivo’s ring flash. The selfie camera has 32 MP1/3.1” sensor. The upgraded chipset allows 4K video recording with both rear and front cameras – the V50 lights to top at 1080p.

Speaking of chipset, it is connected to 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4X and 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs Android 15 from B – Vivo promises “5 years of easy experience”, but it’s not the same thing as promising 5 OS updates.
One thing we would like to see an upgrade is the IP rating – the new model has the same IP65 rating as its predecessor. It has a drop-resistant design, however, which is more important than the level of water resistance (it is not new, V50 lights also undergo MIL-STD-810H tests).
