Vivo is expected to launch X300, X300 Pro and possibly X300 Pro Mini in the fourth quarter of this year (October to December). Next, today, the ‘Vanilla’ X300 model has been seen mostly in the Geekbench database.
The benchmark run confirms the fact that it will employ MediaTech’s upcoming dementia 9500 chipset, which is expected to unveil MediaTek in September. In a benchmark prototype (with model number V2509A), this was attached to 16GB of RAM. The phone was run by Android 16, naturally, because it is a version that he expects to run.

The X300 managed a 2,352 single-core score and 7,129 multi-core scores in the Geekbench 6.3.0 for Android, but we generally say do not take such benchmark results by the Prottype devices, they are still in active development.
Interestingly, the benchmark run shows that a prime core in the CPU of the 9500 is surrounded by a prime core 4.21 GHz, three cores on the G.Gzz, and four at 2.7 GHz, while the GPU is known as Mali-G1-Altra MC12.
