WhatsApp is testing a new guest chats feature that allows users to start chat with people who don’t have a WhatsApp account. Over by W floatingThis feature is present in WhatsApp Tsep Beta for Android (Version 2.25.22.13), and is expected to apply to regular WhatsApp Android and iOS applications in the near future.
WhatsApp guest chats
Guest Chat Facility WhatsApp allows users to send a chat link through a text message, email or social media in their contacts that do not have an application or an active WhatsApp account. Once the link is opened, a non-Wheatpe user will be transferred to a platform like WhatsApp web, where they can chat with WhatsApp users with end-to-end encryption.
Guest chats come with many limitations because users may not send media files, GIF, voice Issue messages or start video Calls. They work on WhatsApp’s own ecosystem. The new feature has been implemented as part of the potential European Union platform interoperability measures, which require various Services Naline services to communicate with each other.
