This revelation comes by people W floatingWho found the development of this feature like Voice Ismail in the beta version 2.25.23.21 of WhatsApp for Android.
The way this works is if you call someone on WhatsApp and Call it on WhatsApp and it becomes unanswered, WhatsApp will display the “Record Voice Is Message” shortcut “on screen with” Call again again “and” Cancel “buttons. The “Record Voice Is Message” option will also be displayed in the chat with that person.
