Xiaomi’s 15 Ultra top-of-the-line smartphone is expected to launch in February, at least in China, as revealed by a Xiaomi exec a while ago.
Today, the prolific Chinese leaker digital chat station shared a more specific (but still kind of vague) timeframe. According to him, the launch will take place at the end of February.

This perfectly coincides with the start of Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, so we assume that Xiaomi could unveil the device there, as it did for the 14 Ultra this year.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. A micro-quad-curve design, 120 Hz refresh rate and an OLED screen with “2K” resolution are rumored with an embedded ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The phone will natively run Android 15, with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 on top. It will have a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The rear will have a quad camera setup, which includes a 1-inch Sony Lytia LYT-900 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide using Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. Capable of 100x hybrid “AI” zoom, whatever that means.
