Ziomi launched the Redmi K80 series in November 2024, one of the first phones with Pro version Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset. Today, the company celebrated the first 100 days of the first sale with dominant landmarks – sold 6.6 million units.
This record of the Redmi K range includes K80, K80 Pro, and K80 Pro Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Q ORSE RS Special Edition (yes, it’s the whole name).
Ziomi is expected to introduce two more members in the lineup – Redmi K80 Ultra with 6,500mAh battery and diametry 9400+ chipset, and Redmi K80 gaming with Snapdragon 8S Elite.
Both chipsets have not been announced, but MediaTek will bring its update flagship SOC in April, so the Redmi launch is likely to be scheduled a few days later.
All 6.6 million units were sold in China because this series is not global. We expect Redmi that 80 phones will launch internationally as Poko F7 devices, and it seems that Ziomi will ignore the vanilla variant.
