Ziomi Smart Band 10 is fresh with its announcement and comes with high expectations. Xiaomi is leading a global warebable shipment, and the smart band series has been the main catalyst. So what is new with band 10?
Our review unit is a beautiful pearl white ceramic version, which is available for the first time outside China. To be clear, it has a ceramic frame while the bottom with the sensor is still plastic. It looks more premium than the previous smart bands we used, but it comes at a price.
We measure 26 grams on its own and 44 grams of band 10 ceramic edition from its flororbar belt. It’s as heavy as Ziomi VCH Ch S4-a perfect smartwatch.
On the second new addition-big 1.72-inch AMOLED screen. It receives symmetrical bezels, which are thinner than any previous smart band, and the panel is now maximized at 1,500 NITS HBM brightness, which is 300 knits more than band 9 last year.
Band 10 gets an update linear vibration motor, which now supports custom vibration patterns for incoming Calls LS and alarms.
Xiaomi also updated her health and activity tracking algorithms, added a new 9-axis sensor and support for heart rate data broadcasting, while maintaining her claimed 21-day battery life. We will be sure to test those claims in our full review, so be tune.
