Kapil Sharma has announced that the season finale of The Great Indian Kapil Show will take place next Saturday. The second season of the show features a format where the team takes a break after airing 13 episodes. Kapil is wrapping up the second season with support from Varun Dhawan and the Baby John team.
Kapil shared a promo for the show with Rekha, announcing that they will be hosting the season finale and warmly welcoming Varun Dhawan. The Baby John star will team up with producer Atlee and director Kalees. Wamiqa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh will also be on set. The teaser gives a glimpse of some enjoyable moments, including a surprising scene where Varun Dhawan gives pole dancing a shot.
Sunil Grover made a great entrance as Shah Rukh Khan in Jawaan, really setting the stage nicely. Varun Dhawan takes the stage with an incredible performance, breaking glass bottles as he goes. Kapil wanted to know if Varun had any difficulties while filming the action scene in a lungi. Varun mentioned, ‘Dikkat, you need to handle everything during the action scenes.’
In a segment, Krushna mentioned he would do a stand-up act, and just as Atlee was getting ready to stand, Wamiqa jumped in, saying, ‘Sir, he means stand-up comedy, not to stand.’
This season had a great mix of guests, including Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Govinda, Shakti Kapoor, Chunky Panday, the cast of Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, Rekha, Vidya Balan, Kartik Aaryan, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Jr NTR, Sonakshi Sinha, Zaheer Iqbal, Shatrughan Sinha, and cricketers Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, and Axar Patel, among others.
